• FREE SHIPPING on all orders and worldwide, fast&safe shipping.
• Shipping Time: Normally, we need 1-3 natural days to arrange the order and 4-8 natural days to deliver for most orders.    However, when the product size exceeds 41 inches, we may need to ship by Ocean Shipping. 25-35 natural days for delivery.For more shipping information, please view our "shipment-policy" 
• Package: We always check and pack all goods carefully before shipping, lamps are packaged in thick wooden boxes to prevent scratches or breakage. And we are always responsible for our products during the warranty period and support customers after that time.

• Dispatch Timeline: Stock products are shipped within two days, while other fixtures may take approximately 3-7 days for dispatch.

Step 5: Tailored Shipping Arrangements

• Shipping Timeframe: Air shipping takes 4-8 days, while sea shipping takes about 25 days.
• Photo Confirmation: Upon request, we can provide actual photos of the lighting fixtures and packaging.

Step 6: Post-Delivery Support
